That is our parent company that Scrapendipity Retreats is under.
What time can I arrive at the crop?
Typically we start our registration 15 minutes prior to the event.
Can I pay a deposit to reserve a spot for the crop?
Yes. A deposit is required to hold your spot at each crop. The deposit will be determined per event. Please see each event for details.
Can I pay in full rather than put down a deposit?
Yes. You can pay in full if you wish rather than put down a deposit.
Do you take personal checks or money orders?
Yes. We do take personal checks or money orders. If you would like to pay by check or money order please contact us for our address.
Is there a deadline to reserve a seat at each crop?
Yes. Each crop will have a deadline to reserve your seat. Please see the deadline dates for each individual event when posted.
Will I be able to attend just one day of a weekend or overnight crop?
Yes. If available, you may attend just a Friday or Saturday crop instead of paying for the full weekend. Day rates will be posted two weeks prior to the event. Please see the prices under each individual event.
Can I pay in installments for a crop?
Yes. You may pay a deposit and then one additional payment for each crop. The final payment will be due 2 weeks prior to the event. We will send you a reminder notices when your payment is due.
Will there be food provided at the event?
Yes. Some weekend events may have dinner included. We do offer snacks and drinks for the entire weekend. You are on your own for lunch however, breakfast may be provided at some hotel locations. Please see each event for details.
Is there a minimum age to attend the crop?
Yes. You must be at least 16 years of age to attend. There are no age restrictions to shop at the vendor locations in lobby area.
Will you send my crop/class tickets to me in the mail?
No. Please bring your confirmation receipt with you to the event and pick up your crop and/or class tickets at the registration table.
Can I sign up for classes without attending the crop?
Yes. Since the classes are sold separately you can take classes even if you do not attend the crop and vice versa.
How do I reserve a table?
Once you purchase a seat for the crop, please contact us with the people who will be joining you at your table so we can reserve it for you (6 people per row). There is no additional charge for a reserve table.
Will electrical outlets be provided?
It depends on the location so please check with us for availability.
Can I leave my things on the table overnight?
Yes. For overnight crops we lock the room at 2am and open the room at 8am. For weekend crops the room will be locked every night and won't be opened until the morning when one of our staff members is present. Scrapendipity Retreats is not responsible for lost items so please use discretion when leaving items on the table.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to our financial responsibilities to our hotel locations, we are not able to transfer payments or deposits any longer. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
